An Afternoon at Greenbelt Park

Four years ago when we were still renting a studio apartment in Mandaluyong where our son was born, our usual go-to place every Saturday is Greenbelt Park. We loved bringing our little one there because it’s a beautiful place to sit, walk around and while away time. We love the water fountains and zen-like gardens at Greenbelt Park. We rarely visit Greenbelt Park these days because we now live around Ortigas area. We’re now closer to Bonifacio Global City so we usually go to Serendra if we want to go for a walk in the park. Three weeks ago, however, hubby suggested we revisit Greenbelt Park because he wanted to look for new restaurants to try, and off we went.

Enjoying his carabao ride!

As we entered Greenbelt Park, we saw quite a number of people having their pictures taken with these carabao statues. It’s a good thing that the little boy was in the mood to pose for the camera that day, so we took a few shots of him riding a young carabao.

Three’s a family!

We spend some time at Greenbelt Park walking, talking, sitting, and taking pictures until it’s time to have dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

It was a fun Saturday for us. We had a good time at Greenbelt Park and a hearty dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

  1. Mommy Pehpot says:

Greenbelt is a bit far from us, we usually go to Eastwood or Tiendesitas 🙂

Justin is growing bigger and more pogi everyday ha 🙂

  2. We usually go to SM North EDSA or Trinoma because that’s the mall nearest to where we live but we love going to Greenbelt from time to time.
