When I went grocery shopping last Saturday, I took me a lot of time deciding what snacks to buy for my son. I was actually running out of snack ideas for him. That’s because his food preference changes every so often. If he finds something that he really likes, he would always ask me to buy it every time I go to the supermarket. However, that fascination will only last until something new comes along.
There was a time he went gaga over cassava chips, sponge cakes, rice crisp snacks, chocolate cookies, cheese biscuits and wafers. Each of these became his favorite snack for sometime, but now, he’s gotten tired of all of them. I’ve been eyeing up this unique pretzel in the grocery store for several weeks now. I’m still sizing up if my son will like it. It’s a bit expensive, though, so it better be good.

My son goes with me whenever we shop for our food. He knows what to buy and he knows what he’ll love to have as a snack that is healthy for him
Children nowadays know what they want . It helps when they speak up to avoid the guessing game in what food to buy for them.
