Last Wednesday, October 10, we had the privilege of attending a very lovely birthday party. Ana, my high school classmate and friend, invited us to her daughter’s 1st birthday celebration which was held at the Main Lounge of the Manila Polo Club, Forbes Park, Makati City. Four of us went: me, my younger sister, my son and his yaya.
Fabulous Party Set-Up
We couldn’t help but admire the elaborate party set-up. It was gorgeous!
Picture, Picture!
Because the place was picture-perfect, we had a grand time taking photos of ourselves everywhere.
Exciting Activities for Kids and Adults
There were also a lot of fun activities for kids and adults alike. Girls got themselves dolled up at the Kids Salon, while other kids lined up to get glitter tattoos. There was also an art area for kids, and yes, there were fun games, too! My sister had her picture taken at the Flipbook station, while both of us grooved on the music at the Dance Heads booth.
Delicious Food
Food is everywhere! The guests helped themselves to the various food booths available like Dippin’ Dots, Big Chill, Jimini Whole Pizza, Nacho King, Brothers Burger and NYFD. There were also separate booths for shawarma and cotton candy. There was also a buffet table and a dessert table filled with sumptuous treats.
Shows on Stage
The kids were delighted to see Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse on stage, and they also enjoyed the bubble show.
Cute Giveaways
The kids all went home with a big smile on their faces because they were each given stuffed toys. My son got this huge Cars stuffed toy that he absolutely loves!
We really enjoyed Ellie’s party which lasted for more than 3 hours.

Ang bonggang-bongga lang ng birthday party , magkano kaya nagastos? My baby daughter will turn one this March but we can’t afford that party though I really would want to have a set up like that;(
