Diet Pills: To Try or Not to Try

Because diet pills are flooding the market, questions emerged as to the safety and effectiveness of these slimming products. Are diet pills safe? Do these diet pills work? Are they delivering the results they promised? Are they real or just scams? Because I don’t know the answers to these questions, I have never tried any weight loss pills. What I usually do when I want to lose weight is cut down my carbohydrate and calorie intake and exercise every day. This natural health regimen has helped me maintain my weight for several years now.

What about you? Have you tried diet pills before?

there was a moment in my life when I was so frustrated at losing weight so I thought, why not diet pills. I checked online how safe and effective it is, that’s when I read horror stories: palpitation, difficulty breathing, one story even reported her aunt suffering from cancer from years of taking diet pills. those stories (true or not) scared me big time so wag na lang 🙂
