mommy moments

Justin likes tinkering with his Dad’s gadgets, so their bonding moments at home include sitting together with a gadget in their hands, Daddy with his Internet tablet and Justin with the iPod Touch, and Justin usually asking his Dad how something works or if he can download more games or just showing his Dad the games he’s playing.

Justin’s Dad is also the one who buys our son his toys, so going to toy stores and selecting which toys to buy is another way they spend time together. We also regularly eat out, and posing with his Dad for picture taking is one thing my son enjoys doing.

Below are some pictures of father-and-son’s bonding moments:

Justin’s Dad is not the type who will say “I love you” to his son often, but I know that he loves his son because he gives him what he wants when he can afford it and sends our son to a good school even when that meant incurring debt sometimes.

Justin also loves his Dad, and he shows that by calling his Dad in the office, writing his Dad letters and thank-you notes and just making his Dad notice him when his Dad arrives home from the office.

  1. Very lucky boy to have a father who could give everything most especially time bonding with each other^_^

Happy Father’s Day to your husband,Mommy Tetcha!

    Happy MM!

  2. Justin and Daddy share a love for gadgets. It’s great to have something in common that they can share and call that their special time together.

  3. It truly is great see children having a great time with their fathers. A loving and caring father who makes time for the family and for bonding with the children is really a BLESSING from God.

Thanks for the visit, mommy! I already added pensive thoughts to my blogroll. I hope you can add mine too. Thanks!

This blog was originally put up to document my son’s growing-up milestones, all for posterity’s sake. But there are other things to write about, aside from “mommyhood,” that merit my attention, and I’m including them all here. This blog now chronicles my life as a mom and a wife and everything else in between. For collabs, please email tgfiguerres@yahoo.com.
