Because I followed a low-cholesterol, low-rice diet for the past 3 months and started exercising, I managed to lose a total of 6 lbs, from 114 lbs last May to just 108 lbs last August. I’m supposed to go back to my cardiologist this week to know the results of my triglyceride, total cholesterol, and good and bad cholesterol levels. I hope they’re now within normal limits.
While I shed a few pounds in the last 3 months, I noticed I haven’t really lost my “love handles” a.k.a. belly fat. Now, I’m thinking it’s inborn because I’ve had it ever since I can remember. LOL!
I read somewhere that just eating healthy will help you lose belly fat, but that didn’t work for me. I also checked out some effective ways of losing belly fat here, but I still haven’t decided what products to try. What about you? Do you have problems with belly fat, too? Have you tried anything that works to eliminate belly fat?
