Union Bank’s Salcedo branch manager called me up this afternoon to inform me that my EON cyber account problem is solved. She said she talked with their EON team in Cebu and they have already corrected the errors in my name and address in their system, so that these now match the personal information I have in my PayPal account. That was quick! Did she read my post about it yesterday? LOL. (If problems with EON can be fixed pronto, how come it took so long before my July 1 complaint was addressed?) I hope everything’s okay now. Let’s see.
